  • Do you charge for travel to property visits or in-person appointments?

    Yes — for in-person appointments that require travel by car, we charge a travel fee of €0.50 per kilometer (round trip), starting from Asti in Piemonte. This helps cover fuel, time on the road, and general travel costs.

    We’ll always let you know the estimated travel cost before confirming an appointment, so there are no surprises.

    For longer distances (typically over 50 km), we may agree on a fixed travel fee instead — especially if multiple stops or viewings are involved.

    This policy allows us to keep our hourly rate fair and only charge for what’s actually needed.
