We’re a father-daughter team (Peter & Charlotte) who know first-hand what it’s like to search for a home in a foreign country.
After four years of dreaming, searching, and learning the hard way, we finally found our own place in the beautiful hills of Piemonte. We’ve been through the ups and downs of buying in Italy — the confusing websites, the language barriers, the viewings that didn’t go as expected — and we realized just how valuable it is to have someone local you can trust.
That’s why we started this agency: to help others navigate the same journey with more ease, clarity, and confidence.
We offer hands-on, personal support to buyers who want to find, renovate, or rent out short-term rental in Piemonte — whether you're looking for a quiet retreat, a smart investment, or a new life in Italy.

No. We’re not legal or financial advisors, and we don’t act as a real estate agent. However, we connect you with reliable professionals (notaries, translators, agents, mortgage advisors) and help you navigate the process every step of the way.

We charge a simple, transparent rate of €41/hour (IVA included). After a free 30-minute discovery call, we’ll send you an estimate of the hours your project may require. You’ll always be in control of the time and budget.

Yes — for in-person appointments that require travel by car, we charge a travel fee of €0.50 per kilometer (round trip), starting from our location in Piemonte. This helps cover fuel, time on the road, and general travel costs.
We’ll always let you know the estimated travel cost before confirming an appointment, so there are no surprises.
For longer distances (typically over 50 km), we may agree on a fixed travel fee instead — especially if multiple stops or viewings are involved.
This policy allows us to keep our hourly rate fair and only charge for what’s actually needed.
